Counselling is work that we do together. My aim is for us to identify what you want from our time together. I am not here to advise you, but I can listen and help you in finding a greater understanding of you and your situation. I can help you to think about changes, find a new way forward and to improve the way you feel.

I am an experienced, BACP Accredited Counsellor specialising in anxiety, depression and bereavement. You can find my name on the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) register. I am qualified to level 5. I offer long and short term counselling. I am also a qualified Mindfulness Trainer. I work in private practice and within the NHS IAPT service. I also have experience of working within a hospice and with stroke and acquired brain injury survivors and carers. I am an approved counselling provider for Vitality Health (formerly Pru Health).
